venue policy
We are committed to creating a safe environment for all our guest and staff here at Stella Seaside Lounge.
Dining Duration
All our reservations are based on a 2.5hr dining period except for our daybeds and sofas are based on 3hr slots on weekends and public holidays.
Grace Period
A grace period of 20 minutes will be observed before we release your table to another guest.

Credit Card Authorisation
A credit card hold is required to secure all daybed and sofa reservations on weekend and public holidays.
Credit card hold will also be applicable for all groups of 11 and above throughout the week.
No charges will be made unless there is an event of *No-Show* or last minute cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of no show or last minute cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $150 per daybed or sofa slot booked on weekends and public holidays.
For big group reservations of 11 - 30 the cancellation fee of $30/person will apply throughout the week.
In the event of rain, we will waive the cancellation fee for reservations made for daybeds and sofas

Billing arrangement
Here at Stella Seaside Lounge you may choose to close the bill each time you order or keep a tab running with your physical credit card.
We accept the following payment methods, Cash, PayNow, Visa, Master, American Express.

Dinner and Drinks : 9:30pm
Food and Drinks
We do not allow outside food or drinks within our premise, we do allow birthday cakes for celebrations however durian cakes are not allowed.
Our restaurant may handle common allergens like dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, nuts, fish, and shellfish. While we try to minimize risks, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination or changes in ingredient formulations by our suppliers.
Corkage
Every bottle of corkage for wines, spirits or sparkling wines will only be allowed with a 1 to 1 purchased form Stella Seaside Lounge in the same category.
In addition to the purchase, corkage will be charged as below:

Wines and Sake (750ml) - $30++

Champagne, Sparkling Wine (750ml) - $60++

Spirits, Hard Liquor - $100++
All bottles must be duty- paid, and must not be a bottle that is currently sold at Stella Seaside Lounge
Pets
We do have seating areas if you wish to bring your furkids, we do ask that as our whole restaurant is not pet friendly that the following rules will be adhered to:

We are only accepting cats and dogs.

Pets will only be allowed within the pet friendly zones.

In any case of wet weather, we will not be able to guarantee a sheltered area.

All pets must be leashed at all times.

Owners must bring their pets outside the premise to relieve themselves and clean up after their pet's relieve outside of Stella Seaside Lounge.

Pet friendly area is subjected to availability, reservations are highly recommended.
Restaurant Policy
Pool Rules

We have a strict no balloon policy in accordance with the aviation law as we are directly under the airspace.

For guests that have their bicycles with them, we have a designated bike parking area, we recommend that you bring a bike lock if you are worried about the safety of your bikes.

We have curated playlists for various days and we hope that you enjoy the music being played, Audio and visual equipments are not permitted.
Our pool is open for all patrons of Stella Seaside Lounge.
The following rules are for the benefit of all our guest to ensure safety and sanitary operation of our pool here at Stella Seaside Lounge.

Please shower before entering the pool.

Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool.

Children (Aged 12 and below or 1.2M and below) are to be supervised by an adult at all times.

Kids to be supervised by adults at all times.

Only swim diapers are allowed in the pool for toddlers.

Strictly no balls, toys or props of any kind are allowed in the pool.

Only arm floats are allowed in the pool.
-
Strictly no playing any forms of games in the pool.

Strictly no glassware allowed in and around the pool, all glass bottles must be transferred to plastic cups. No eating in the pool.

No Jumping into the pool or running around the premise.
-
Any non compliance with the rules will be asked to leave immediately.
Towel Rental
We offer towel rentals at $3nett a towel for those who wish to dip in our pool.
For hygiene purposes unused towels cannot be refunded.
Photography and Filming
To maintain the privacy and comfort of our valued guests while preserving the ambiance and atmosphere of Stella Seaside Lounge we have established guidelines regarding photography and filming
General Photography and Videography:
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal and non-commercial use.
Unauthorised photo and video shoots are strictly prohibited on our premises unless prior approval is obtained from the management. The management reserves the right to halt any shoots taking place on our premises.

Members and Discounts
Membership privileges and discounts will only be applicable for dining members with a valid membership card, please present your membership card upon billing to enjoy the discounts.
NSRCC Membership Privileges

Dining NSRCC Members will enjoy 25% off menu items and 10% off bottles and discounted items, further discounts for promotional items will not be applicable. (Only valid for groups 20 pax and below)

NSRCC Members who walk in will be able to join the priority queue, however tables will be subjected to availability.

NSRCC Member who would like to make big group bookings up to 20 pax, will enjoy waiver of minimum spending, please provide proof of membership upon making the reservation. (Please contact us through WhatsApp directly)
Safra / SAF Yacht Club / Constant Wind Members
Safra / SAF Yacht Club / Constant Wind Members will enjoy 10% off selected menu items, further discounts for promotional or discounted items will not be applicable. (Only valid for groups 20 pax and below)
